The working principle
After water-borne glue being painted on the thin film, the web shall be dried by the large drying roller and meanwhile sent to the laminating machine by the ADF. . And the glued film shall be stick on the surface of the paper by the method of heating and pressing. The large drying roller shall adopt the system of hot water circulation so as to ensure the accuracy of temperature control. The finished products can be chosen to be reel up by the winding machine. 
Characteristics
It is specially designed for water-borne glue, oily glue and pre-coating film, one machine with three functions. You can vary the type of glue with the products.What's more ,you can even laminating color glue on paper wiithout print,so that you can get the single-color paper at a lower price.

(I)   Unreeling unit

A-Oil Cylinder: one on the left and one on the right with supporting function
B-Two air sac shaft: Designed for replacing web
C-Magnetic Powder Brake :Control function for the papers tension.
D-Aluminum Roller:Function of paper feeding and adjusting the size of the paper.

The function of this system is to keep the ongoing roller paper and the main laminating machine in a line.

Drying unit
a) Vertical short distance drying box: The design help to transfer OPP- rubber film stably and not be offset 
b) The dying system that suitable for water-based glue: OPP- film can be directly attached to the surface of the times the diameter mirror roller. The heat evenly distributed on the OPP film so that the film is laminated neatly and flat and not easy to deforma. It can drying the glue rapidly.
c) Special strong hot air recycling drying system and automatic temperature control: Drying the water glue faster with a rapid reaction and save energy.
d) The imported pumping system: Prevent the glue from foaming .
Coating uit
a) Good material: The rollers are hard chrome plated calender rolls with a hard surface layer of special rubber)
b) One-person operation and speed synchronization: The whole machine ministries proportional link drive system, frequency control for the prime mover, worm gear reduce, gear and chain drive film covered roller to ensure speed synchronization and easy to operate.
c) Hot water circulation type automatic temperature control device: Temperature is stable, the difference in the 2 ºC. 
d) The adjustable laminating pressure: The Laminating pressure is controlled by two sets of hydraulic cylinder. They can balance the pressure of two drum.
