IR Dryer
(a)The steel belt of IR dryer adopts automatic correction Teflon ,high temperature resistance, wear resistance, smooth and safe delivery , no noise(b)Eighteen Special design of quartz lamp drying system help quick drying the gluing on the sheet surface evenly.
UV Coater
(a) Calender coater link with varnishing coater by vertical and horizontal string mechanism in case of any conglutination, protect the roller and prolong life-span of roller and scraper and maintenance and clean conveniently.
(b) Controlling the UV oil consumption by the speed of measurer, make the control more accurate and convenient.
(c) Base coater & UV coater driven by chain and belt work smoothly and quietly. The pressing roll adopts single side adjustment of printer, no need to move back and forth to adjust the oil thickness.
